Considering a development project?  Strata Heritage can provide expert advice on cultural heritage management requirements.  Strata Heritage can assist with the development of a Due Diligence Report to support a council planning permit application.

If your proposed project is a high impact activity and located in an area of cultural heritage sensitivity, you will need a Cultural Heritage Management Plan (CHMP).   Strata Heritage can assist with the preparation of a CHMP to meet the legislative requirements and support your development application. 

If specific works need to proceed even if it is likely to harm an Aboriginal place or object and there is no CHMP available or required, you will need a Cultural Heritage Permit (CHP).  Strata Heritage can assist in the preparation of a Permit application that meets the requirement of Part 4 of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006.
